We did not do Spanish because we had piano recitals.

For Physics we mapped where the volcanoes are. They from the ring of fire. I think I know where some more volcanoes are going to pop up.

Classic Book

for Classic Book we listened to little house in the prairie. They wished they had their dog but he was washed away in the river. Then they thought that their dog was a wolf but they figured out it was him. Then they went to sleep. Lara & Mary tried to catch prairie dogs but they just could not catch them. Today they started to make a house. When they where putting up one of the logs it fell on Ma.

Math

Math is REALLY HARD. I think I'm on lesson 24D. :(

For classic book we read about a submarine that sunk in the civil war. It had torpedoes.

For Spanish we played war in Spanish. I messed up my 5 a lot.

For Physics we learned about magnets. If you mix oil, water etc, with iron dust then putt it in a bottle and you have a magnet you can pick up the liquid with a magnet!

Math is really boring. I am adding fractions.

Classic Book

For Classic Book we are reading little house in the big woods. It was really funny because they where not aloud to do anything on Sunday and their Dad fell asleep so they went to ride a sled quietly. But a pig jumped out of the forest and they picked up the pig and the pig was squealing. They rode past the house and the Dad was standing in the door.

Math

For math we played Cashflow. I had 2 million dollars!

Physics

For physics we talked about friction. Sandpaper has lot of friction because it is rough.

The History of Wolves

The wild wolf range used to be almost everywhere in the USA but now they only live in like 12 states. The history of guns

The first thing called a gun was a bamboo that used gunpowder to fire a spear, it was made in china around 1000 AD. Later they made guns with triggers, but they took a long time to reload. The first rapid fire gun was the Gatling Gun, invented by Richard Gatling during the American Civil War in the 1860s. I think that is cool.

we did not do Physics this week because Phoenix did not come.

For classic book we are reading little house in the parry. The dad has to kill an animal with one shot of a gun always because it takes a while to reload it.

How tall can a tsunami be?

A tsunami can be up to like 100 ft tall. They also make the sea rise about 10 ft. I played natural disaster and the tsunami only went like 10 ft high and the water did not rise.

For Chemistry we talked about how you could win a tug a war with an elephant. We also talked about how could you make a watermelon explode without smashing it. We watched a video where they put like 300 rubber band on the watermelon and it went BOOM

For science we made marble tracks. On mine the start was up high so that gave the marble energy when it rolled down.

For Physics we watched a video about energy and cars. Energy can be stored in many different ways. For example in food, springs, gas, battery's and balloons.

Classic Book

The War of 1812.

The war of 1812 began when Napoleon said that the British could no longer come in to their ports. So Then the British said that no one could come in to ports unless they paid a high fee. They made a grate blockade around New Orleans. The British were also helping the American Indians. America did not like what the British had done. Later the British said that they would let people in But the message took three weeks to get out. By then America said we are going to war with the British. The British could not handle both France and America. When America was at war in New Orleans at fort Mctlenry, Francis Scott key wrote a song called Defense of Fort fort Mctlenry. But later it was called The Star Spangled Banner. After a while war was no longer. And the British stopped supplying the American Indians.

I also learned that the Navy fights on the water and the army fights on ground.

Dose Rubber Come From Trees? By Caleb

Yes Rubber comes from trees. To get the rubber they cut a part of the tree and that drips sap they have a metal spout that makes the drops go into a bucket. The sap flows for about 5 hours. Then they pour it in to a plastic tub. They pour some sort of acid after a while it gets a bit les runny. they turn the rubber in to sheets and then let them dry. After that it is a solid not a liquid. and that is all i am going to tell.

For Classic Book I read Jake and Annie Civil War on Sunday. They are kids who find a tree house and go in. It turns out that it is a magic tree house. That is Jake and Annie.

Physics

For Physics we cracked eggs in water. They Looked like the yoke of a boiled egg. it was cool

We are reading about the war of 1812. So far Napoleon has said that the British an no longer come in to France ports. So that made a big war and it effected America. That's what i have learned so far.

Physics

For Physics we put a coin in a mug so that we could just barely see the coin. Then we poured water in and we could see the coin all the way. This happened because the water bent the lite so that we could see it.

Civil War on Sunday Book

Jack and Anny went to the Civil War. They have a goal to get some special handwriting. They meet a nurse and Anny wants to help. She gives them the hand writing and jack says lets go. but Anny says we have to help. that's  is where I am

In Spread Sheets I'm keeping track of my vending machines. I'm keeping track of inches of candy in my machine. I'm doing this to see how much money I have made.

The Native and the Squirrel

This is a made up story.

Once there was a Native and she was going to pickup some cactus fruit for her dinner but an upset squirrel got in her way. She tried to go around but the squirrel had great accuracy and was throwing acorns. So she went backwards and found another way to the cacti fruit. she got her fruit and ate dinner.
 The End.

For chemistry we put vinger on a paper and some anmona.  on another paper we put all sorts on stuff in like lemon juice, pickle juice all ind of stuff.

For Chemistry we put some cabbage in a jar with some boiling distilled water. I think that the water is going to turn purple and the cabbage is going to turn white.

I think it is crazy how water boils at about -100 degrees.

For mechanics my dad Showed me a really fast bike. He said it can go 0 mh to 60 mh.

Last week I guessed that the salt water would freeze first. I guessed that right .This week for chemistry we put orange juice in a ice cube tray, and water in a different one. My hypothesis is that the orange juice will freeze first.

For chemistry we put oil in water and then tried to mix the oil with the water. We figured out we can use soap to mix them.

We did another one were we put three table spoons of vinger in a small jar. Then we put one tea spoon of baking soda in a balloon and put the balloon on the jar and dumped the baking soda in. It made the balloon fill up.
